Franklin Park Library – Coming in 2015!

| December 1, 2014

We are pleased to bring you some positive changes to your Library account beginning next year. All Franklin Park Public Library District patrons will receive a new library card when they do one of the following: register for a new library card, renew their library card, or replace a lost library card. The updated library cards feature all new designs and keytags.

Along with the new library cards, we will be adding your pictures to patron records. This will help us identify you and cut down on improper use of library cards.

Finally, you will be able to view a history of your past checkouts beginning in 2015. So if you forgot what the title was of the fantastic book you read two months ago, you’ll be able to look at your charge history and find out!

We hope these changes will help provide you with a more pleasant, helpful, and secure experience at your library.
