Influenza Vaccinations @ the Franklin Park Public Library
Join us on Thursday, September 17 @ 3:00-6:00pm as pharmacists from Walgreens visit the Library to provide Influenza vaccinations.
Appointments will be taken at the Info Desk. In addition to the Flu vaccination, those who wish to receive the pneumonia vaccination may do so at this time.
Appointments are recommended and those with appointments will receive priority, but walk-ins will be allowed until extra doses are spent.
Anyone wishing to receive a vaccination must provide their current ID, proof of medical insurance, and complete a consent form.
