Mad City Money at West Leyden High School. Sponsored By: Leyden Credit Union

| December 4, 2018

Mad City Money is a financial literacy simulation geared to high school students and gives them a taste of the real world. The program teaches them how to cope with family, occupation, children, spouse, salary, student loan debt, credit and medical expenses. Most of all it teaches them how to maintain a balanced household budget. This was held at West Leyden High School in Northlake, IL and sponsored by Leyden Credit Union.  Here is a video that I created while covering the event.  For more coverage read the December Issue of People and Places Newspaper.
