The Conversation Circle Tuesdays, November 6, 13, 20, 27 at 7pm
The Circle provides English language learners with an opportunity to practice their conversation skills in a friendly and informal environment. All are welcome. Please call Janet at 847 455 6016 ext 222 for further information.

Copies of each book are available at the Circulation Desk one month before the discussion date.
Quilt Club Wednesdays, November 14 & 28, at 10am
Come share quilting tips and projects with other quilters! Beginners are always welcome.
YA Programs Unless otherwise noted, all Square 1 events are for teens ages 13-18.
Anime Club Thursday, November 8 5 – 7pm
Our cosplay event is in the works! Find out more at this month’s meeting. We will be meeting in The Square.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 Sunday, November 11 1 – 3pm
Celebrate the final movie! We’ll have Twilight-inspired food and activities. Plus, use our photobooth to take a picture with Edward or Jacob. One lucky fan will win a movie theater gift card.
Resume: Your Passport Monday, November 19 6 – 7pm
Looking for a job or internship? A representative from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission will give you tips on improving your resume, letter, and interview skills. Snacks will be served.
Teen Advisory Board Monday, November 26 6 -7:30pm
The Winter Reading Program and Teen Tech Week are on the agenda. Pizza will be served.
Tween Scene (Ages 9 – 12)
Native-American Craft Saturday, November 10 at 3pm You bring the creativity, we will provide snacks.
Chicago Wolves Player Visit: Tuesday, November 27 at 7pm Spread the word and come with your friends and family to meet a Chicago Wolves Player.
CHILDRENS PROGRAMS
Storytime: Wednesdays November 7, 14, 28 at 4pm or 7pm. Stories, song, finger play, nursery rhyme and craft. Ages 3 and up.
Chess & Checkers: Saturday, November 3 at 3pm Beginners and experienced players are welcome. Ages 5 and up.
Kid Zone: Thursday, November 8 at 4pm Make Play dough and enjoy! Ages 4 and up.
Lapsit: Friday, November 9 at 11am Stories, song, dance, finger play, nursery rhyme and play time. For all ages and their parents, caregivers, or babysitters.
Babysitting Storytime: Friday, November 16 at 11am This program is oriented for parents, caregivers, or babysitters. Stories, finger plays, nursery rhymes, songs, dance and crafts. All ages.
Wii Games: Saturday, November 17 at 3pm Come with your friends, bring your games if you’d like, and have fun! Library will provide snacks. Ages 8 and up.
Family Storytime: Monday, November 19 at 7pm Stories, song, dance, finger play, nursery rhyme, and craft. All ages.
Movie Time: Saturday, November 24 at 2pm Come with your friends for a fun movie. Library will provide snacks. All ages.
Magic Stories: Tuesdays, November 27 at 4pm. Stories, song, finger play, nursery rhyme, dance and craft. All ages.
