Come see what your library has to offer! All are welcome to attend the library’s first-ever holiday showcase. Learn about the library’s resources and enjoy a special performance from Leyden’s talented Acapella Show Choir and an appearance by Santa Claus! Refreshments will be served.

College Financial Planning Night Thursday, December 6 from 6-7 pm
You CAN pay for college! Students and parents are invited to attend this informational workshop presented by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. Snacks will be served.
Knit & Crochet Group Saturday, December 8 at 1 pm
Join us on the second Saturday of each month to learn tips for knitting and crocheting or to share projects you’re working on.
Adult Reading Club Monday, December 10 at 7 pm
Christmas, Present by Jacquelyn Mitchard. Copies of each book are available at the Circulation Desk now.

Holiday Centerpieces Monday, December 17 at 7 pm Craft a beautiful holiday centerpiece under the guidance of Peggy Garvin. There is a $10 fee for each participant. Register at the Information Services Desk.
Meet Santa Wednesday, December 19 at either 4 pm or 7 pm Share stories, finger plays, nursery rhymes, songs, dance, and then meet “Santa”. If you are registered for Storytime, you’re already included. Otherwise, please call to register. Bring your camera if you’d like to take a picture of your child and Santa. All ages.
Make It and Take It Thursday, December 27 at 3 pm
